Device information: browser type, operating system, and general location

Process grant text through our AI to generate interpretations and summaries
Store your analysis history (for Pro subscribers) so you can revisit past results

4. AI Processing of Grant Text

When you submit grant text for analysis, it is processed by our AI system to generate your Grant Clarity Report. For Pro subscribers, the submitted text and resulting analysis are stored in your account for future reference. We do not use the specific grant text you submit to train or improve AI models. The text is processed solely for the purpose of providing you with the requested analysis.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We use third-party services (such as Stripe for payment processing and cloud hosting providers) that may access your data to perform services on our behalf
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process

If you cancel your subscription, your stored analyses will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can delete individual analyses at any time from the Recent Analyses page.
